A week in review.....

Here I am, week 12 - I weighed in yesterday.

I am drained..... This has been a rough week! I was very ill this week, and haven't eaten much to even write down on my Points Tracker. It even got to the point where my doctor put me on a rice/broth/crackers and flat 7up (yes, flat) diet to help me out! I have been so week! So I can't really take credit for my weight loss this week.

My total weight loss is 21 pounds! I am very thrilled about this! Today, though, has been the first day in a long time that I have been able to eat real food and not worry about becoming sick! Now, I just need to stay on track and not try to "make up" for all the bad days I've had! Now I need to ease myself back into exercise routine!

One of my favorite shows to watch is Celebrity Fit Club, and when I read your weight loss journal, I have to say, again, I AM SO PROUD of you! Your success is directly related to your attitude, and I have no doubt you will continue to succeed! Sorry for the "setback" but it sounds like you are geared up to get back into the swing of things. Good luck!
