Continuing to struggle

Weight loss has come to a stand still and it's quite the struggle. Tears of guilt and frustration followed after I left my WW meeting this morning. I hadn't been to a meeting a almost 2 months, and, though I lost a few ounces since the last meeting (thank you Lord!) I have bounced around the same 4-6 pounds! I haven't commited to the weight loss! ARGGGGHHHHHH!

I am still not thrilled with pics of me yet! So don't ask for any!

Just frustrated!

IN SLOW MOTION>>>>>>

This is not meant to alarm - but I know that many of you - my dear friends and family, have been watching this Blog in the hopes of getting more pictures of my weight loss update and have been sadly dissappointed!

Thankfully, I have not gained my weight back! But the loss itself is slow and frustrating. In fact, I think I have been loosing and gaining the same 2.8 pounds for the past month and a half! (Halloween didn't help!)

Don't give me the credit of saying I have hit a plateau. No, instead, it is as simple as eating junky food, again, and having to get back into the routine of exercise. I LOVE exercise! But the motivation sometimes isn't there!

Nani went home this past week. She gave the Air Force a try, and was living here in San Antonio since May - so for the majority of those weekends we went to pick her up and take her back to base for weekend visits. And her boyfriend stayed here at the apartment for almost 2 weeks while he was on leave from Fort Polk. I miss Nani so much already, but life will slowly get back into a routine and I'll find more free time to exercise. Nani, if you are reading this - having you here was totally worth the time you took away from my exercise (hehehehehehehe - you were just my excuse!).

Oh, and you'll have to wait for pictures, also, because our digital camera broke! I hate buying a new camera - but LOVE having one!

Thanks for all your prayers, guys!

I'll keep you posted!

Oh, only 13 pounds till I hit Onderland (it means I am out of the 200 pounds mark!).
